My brother-in-law is not a big sweets fan, except when it comes to snickerdoodle cookies. He loves them. Birthdays, special occasions, you name it - pretty much all he wants is a plateful of snickerdoodles to celebrate. My sister is often trying to find ways to get a little variety in the snickerdoodle rotation, and I think these cupcakes from How Sweet it Is might be the perfect thing.
